he''s recommending his sheeple viewers to sell on the rallys. if they must buy, buy on dividend paying (4% or more yeild) stocks of companies which are cash rich.

I suspect somebody "got" to Cramer to tell him what''s really up to limit his liabiltiy.  A friend who doesn''t want to see him get sued into oblivion.  I also think Cramer never "knew" until very recently what many of us have known for years that this ponzi is gonna come crashing down...
